Join the Cellar Wine Club and enjoy Equus Run wines with the convenience of delivery to your door. Our club shipments occur every quarter and most releases are first available to club members. (must be 21 years of age to join)

Club Member Benefits

By joining the Equus Run Cellar Wine Club, you will receive the following benefits:

• Discounts on purchases: 10% on all merchandise, select events and 20% on all case purchases (12 bottles) of Equus Run wine
• Automatic quarterly wine shipments selected by the winemaker and delivered to your address
• Winemaker notes on each selection in your shipment
• Recipes to compliment each wine selection with helpful serving suggestions
• A complimentary wine tasting for you and up to four guests while visiting the winery
• First opportunity to sample new releases, wine futures and occasional season wines

• Invitations to “Club Members-only” events at our winery. Invitations to winemaker dinners and other special events will also be provided.

Club Member Packages

Choose from a 3-Pack Club or Case Club Membership.

Membership in the Cellar Wine Club is available on two levels: 3-pack Club and Case Club. Each quarter, our winemaker selects the wines to be included in the release. You will be notified by mail or by email of the quarterly release, at which point the release will be available for pick-up at our winery in Midway, KY or shipment to you can be arranged.

Wine will be released each quarter. Wine shipping is limited due to many State’s alcohol laws and can only be provided to certain locations where it is allowed by law. See below for shipping information.

Club Information

Billing
There is no fee to join the Cellar Wine Club. Membership is for a minimum of two quarters (2 shipments). Your credit card will be charged with each shipment for the cost of the wines, tax (where applicable), and any shipping costs. Club memberships do not have a termination date and memberships are considered active until we receive a written notice of cancellation. Your membership may be cancelled (but we hope not!) by sending an email to us at admin@equusrunvineyards.com attention ‘Wine Club Membership’, or simply send a quick note to us at Equus Run Vineyards, 1280 Moores Mill Rd., Midway, KY 40347.

Shipping Schedule
We use FedEx Shipping for our wine shipments. You will receive four shipments each year that include special wines that compliment the season: January, April, July, and October. Depending upon the time of year, some wine shipments may be held a few days to avoid extreme temperatures such as possible freezing or overheating enroute or at delivery. For our very thirsty customers, expedited overnite shipments can be arranged at additional costs. We only ship within the continental USA to those states that we have legal permits for shipping.

Shipping Statement (…the fine print on alcohol laws)
We cannot guarantee shipment to all States due to differing shipping laws and therefore may not be able to ship wine to your location. State laws that permit shipment require an adult signature for delivery--- therefore, we strongly (highly!) recommend use of a business address for your wine deliveries. If you choose to ship wine to your home address, you are assuring that an adult 21 years or older will be able to sign for deliveries. To avoid re-shipment charges if no one of age can sign for the shipment at your home address, please let us know if you have an alternate address (or great neighbor) that can handle the delivery.
