We have several locations on our 38-acre vineayard available for your private wine event, all of which offer views of the horse countryside and vineyards. The perfect setting to host your unique event in the Heart of the Kentucky's Bluegrass Region and paired with award-winning wines.

 

 

 

 

Fees are subject to group discounts and use consideration. Due to the very close proximity of surrounding thoroughbred horse farms and breeding operations, Equus Run observes a 9:00pm noise ordinance. Additional Information

What our fee includes:

• Preparation setup time entry.
• A coordinator will be available for the prep time and event day to ensure your event is on schedule and running smoothly.
• A listing of approved caterers is provided. If a caterer other than our selected list is used for your event, they must be licensed and must visit the site prior to the event date to meet with our event coordinator.
• Only Equus Run wines may be used. Beer of your choice is also available.
• Other liquor is not permitted.
• Restroom facilities located in three areas on the property.
• Motorcoach and ADA parking is available.

 

To reserve a date:

• 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
• The remaining 75% balance is due 30 days prior to the date of the event.
• Kentucky's "Heart of the Bluegrass" region is picturesque with horse farms, stone fences and rolling bluegrass fields. We hope that you and your event guests enjoy our agri-tourism destination!
