Please note:  Wine tastings may be done 15 minutes prior to closing.

Our tasting room and gift shop is the perfect place to relax and sample our full selection of wines. Tastings include a souvenir Equus Run Vineyard logo glass to take home for you and your guests. Wine is available by the glass or the bottle to enjoy on our deck, which overlooks the vineyard grounds.


Our selection of wine accessories and apparel make wonderful souvenirs of your visit as well as ideal gifts for wine lovers. Jams, mustards, and grilling sauces please gourmets and the cooking-challenged alike.

The tasting room is actually what remains of the old farm tool shed.  The shed was stripped down to a stick frame building and renovated in 1998 with part-time labor affectionately referred to as friends and family. 

Wine Tasting Information

  • Wine Tasting: $5.00 per person. Tasting includes sampling of six of our current varietals, as well as an Equus Run Vineyards etched wine glass as a souvenir. Tasting can be done up to 15 minutes before closing.
  • Private Tasting with Vineyard and Winery Tour: Designed for groups of at least 10, this private tasting and tour package allows a more in-depth look at the winemaking and vineyard processes and includes a private wine tasting as well as a fruit, cheese and cracker reception. Please contact the vineyard for pricing and further information.
  • We support our Troops!!  10% Military Discount for those who visit the Tasting Room (please present ID).  Tasting not included.
