From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, Equus Run Vineyards offers a beautiful and versatile setting for groups of 10 to 1,400 guests. Our venues are ideal for:

Event rental packages include tables, white padded chairs, an A/V projector and screen in certain areas. Linens may also be arranged upon request.

We work with a trusted list of preferred vendors selected for their excellent food, products and service. Other vendors are welcome, provided they are properly licensed and insured in Kentucky and approved by Equus Run Vineyards. Each of our preferred caterers has more than 20 years of experience working with Equus Run Vineyards and understands how to make the most of our unique venues. Equus Run Vineyards is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from Lexington, Georgetown and Frankfort, with a variety of nearby lodging options for out-of-town guests.

Our spacious property can accommodate tour buses, horse trailers and even horses in our open acreage or paddocks, when available. Need to arrive by helicopter? We have a 10-acre field that can accommodate that, too
